UTEA started with one shop and one idea: because of U, we make TEA. As we grow to eight stores, we are planning how AI can help us keep that promise.

Why AI, and why now?

Running several stores means a lot of behind-the-scenes work: answering customer questions, handling franchise enquiries, writing menu and event content, and keeping track of what sells where. We want our teams to spend less time on paperwork and more time making great drinks and welcoming you in.

What we are planning

• Faster replies to customer messages and franchise enquiries, with a person always checking the final answer
• Clearer menu and store content for our website and social channels
• Better insight into which drinks and toppings are popular in each store
• Simpler training materials for new team members

We are at the planning stage and will share what we learn along the way.
